tmux: revert navigation bindings
...
Even after allowing for some time to adjust my muscle memory, it turns
out that I prefer the previous way of navigating.
This reverts commits:

This makes the movements a bit faster and more fluid because I can just
keep my finger on CTRL after typing in the prefix.
